A companion to Negroes: A Handbook (2015), Colored features digital printing in Helvetica Neue typeface on handmade paste papers partially dyed with persimmon juice. The process of making the paste paper for this book and its accompanying box brought me much enjoyment and filled my studio with color and patterns.
