"In Amsterdam, Deichsel finishes describing the admiralty. He describes the bookstores in the city. On June 29, he visits Johannes d'Outrein. They discuss his upcoming books, and Outrein explains that he wishes Protestants showed solidarity, and praise the German for their love of literature. On June 30, he goes to the gates of the city and attends a worship of the Community of True Inspiration, which he finds frightening."
