"In Breda, Sidney compares the troops he sees in the city. He then visits woods and has dinner with Lady Inchiquin. He goes back to the Hague on September 12, and is visited in the afternoon by Van Beuningen. On September 13, he meets the Secretaries of the Admiralties of Rotterdam and Amsterdam, and speaks with William III in the afternoon about negociations with Van Beuningen. He then writes to William Temple, sending him pills and beef, and receives several letters."
