"In Amsterdam, the Uffenbach brothers are visiting the lady Van der Hemm to see the Blaeu Atlas she inherited from her father. Uffenbach describes the volumes concerning Africa and Greece and its drawings. The volume Germany was not bound yet. Van der Hem informs Uffenbach that the Grand Duchess of Tuscany had offered 30,000 guilders for the Atlas. From the library, she shows them "Courses de têtes et de bague faites par le Roi et les Princes et Seigneurs de sa cour en l'année 1662 (Paris: Imprimerie royale, 1670)"."
