"In Amsterdam, the Uffenbach brothers are visiting the lady Van der Hemm to see the Blaeu Atlas she inherited from her father. Uffenbach describes the Atlas. He mentions that most drawings in the Atlas were signed by W. Schellinks, and informs us that he traveled years on Van der Hem's costs. Uffenbach mentions that the most timeconsuming and expensive part were the volumes concerning Dutch East India."
