"Lucä continues visiting Katwijk aan Zee, where he observes the landscape. He notes that many fishermen live there, but that the sea is very dangerous and fishermen sometimes die at see. He arrives near the sea and notes that large ships cannot arrive there, and that a lighthouse prevents them from crashing. He notes that there are also wild rabbits in the dunes. He explains that the estuary of the Rhine used to be near this place, as well as the Brittenburg, which was burried in the sand because of a flood."
