"The Uffenbach brothers are visiting the used-to-be juweler and now beer brewer Campen in Haarlem to see his large art collection. Uffenbach describes several artefacts made from precious and semi-precious gemstones. Campen claims his portrait miniature of Henry III of France is by Holbein, but Uffenbach doubts this. In another repository were mainly antique statues, including busts of Caracalla, Antoninus Pius and Cicero in alabaster. Uffenbach praises a sculpture of Neptune who kisses the nymph on his lap, said to be by Michelangelo."
