He mentions seeing many beautiful manor houses, the most beautiful the manor of the recently deceased Van der Muyden. In Utrecht, they stay at the inn "in 't Hoof van Loo". The next morning they visit several bookshops. Uffenbach comments that the bookseller Anton Godron did not have as many good books as five years ago.
