sdo:abstract "In Amersfoort, Uffenbach comments on the glass-making industry and mentions that one can buy here all sorts of things, except mirrors. He buys a coffee set made with two-colored glass. The brothers continue their travel to Utrecht, and agree with Monconys that the landscape is enjoyable [RKD excerpt no. 766821]. He mentions seeing many beautiful manor houses, the most beautiful the manor of the recently deceased Van der Muyden. In Utrecht, they stay at the inn "in 't Hoof van Loo". The next morning they visit several bookshops. Uffenbach comments that the bookseller Anton Godron did not have as many good books as five years ago. In another shop he finds 'Zedig Ondersock by D.S.'"
