"The Uffenbach brothers are at rector Hilarides in Bolsward, where they discuss the mistake the makers of the map Dominium Frisiae had made. Uffenbach mentions that Hilarides hangs his maps in a peculiar way, so that they were easy to see, and they could not be ruined by flies, smoke or other things. He suggests that it would suit large prints and other matters as well. He comments that Hilarides's many prints were unorganized and divided over drawers and books. Most of these were new prints or copies instead of rare originals, but the new prints included many valuable ones. He mentions seeing the print by Wierix."
