sdo:abstract "One of three ways to make ultramarine paint. The first, or title page, is not numbered. Page 1-3 are a description of the easiest way to make ultramarine. Take half a 'Pont' Lapis Lazuli en lay it on hot coals. Cool it down with vinegar, grind it with brandy on a porphyry rock. After it becomes dough-like, mix it with wax, linseed oil, terpentine and resin and cook it. Important warnings: use very clean water, preferably spring water and do not handle substance with knifes or iron. The second way is described on page 4-7. The third way is described on page 8-11."
