"On April 9, 1548, Florys Hobbenz, David Egbertsz, Master Costus Jacopsz, Jacop Fransz, and Cornelis Vranckenz, advocates, each as representing some creditors of Jan Jansz butter seller, have consented in the presence of magistrates that the city sell the rye stored in the Onser Lieve Vrouwen Gasthuys (a hospital), and that the profits be deposited with the magistrates for the benefit of Jan Jansz’s creditors."
