"David Egbertsz, representing Lady Adriana van Zwieten, widow of Geryt Heerman, sues Machtelt Ysbrantsdr, with her guardian, to return some gilded artefacts or else pay 6 karolus guldens, plus costs. On August 12, the plaintiff won the case by absence of the defendant. On August 25, the magistrates decided that the defendant should pay for the items as well as for the legal costs, totalling 5 karolus guldens."
