"Jacop Fransz, representing Haesgen Willemsdr with her guardian, lays claim to the sequestered clavichords belonging to Brechte Jacopsdr, widow of Master Claes, organist, demanding they be sold to recover 5 Karolus guldens and 10 stuvers lent to Master Claes during his life and spent for his funeral expenses, plus cost. On 26 August, the case was postponed a fortnight at the request of both sides, during which they were to meet with experts to try to reach an an agreement. After further delays, on 4 October, the magistrates absolved the defendant from the claim."
