"Jacop Fransz, representing Willem Cornelisz, wine seller, sues Jacop Jansz, cook, husband of Clemeynse Cornelisdr, Pouwels Willemsz, husband of Marytghen Pietersdr, Adriaen Pietersz, Cornelis Willemsz as guardian of the children of the late Lucas Cornelisz, Jorys Pietersz and Pieter Pietersz as guardians of the children of the late Cornelis Cornelisz, all heirs of Beatris Cornelisdr, for 10 karolus guldens and 16½ stuvers for wine, according to his account book, plus current and future costs.
On January 30, the defendants, except Jacop Jansz, take an oath and are freed from the claim.
On February 3, Jacop Jansz looses the case by absence."
