"Jacop Fransz, representing Cornelis Willemsz, formerly draper, as guardian of the orphan children of the late Lucas Cornelisz, who live abroad, and representing Jorys Pietersz and Pieter Pietersz as guardians of the orphan children of the late Cornelis Cornelisz, sues Adriaen Pietersz, glassmaker, demanding he pay the share of these eight children in the house and lot he bought, which is situated on the Nieuwe Rijn and was left by the late Beatris Cornelisdr, their aunt, or renouce the purchase of the house, or pay 100 karolus guldens, plus current and future costs.
On December 9, the defendant renounces the purchase of the house."
