"Jacop Fransz, representing Adriane van Vliet, sues Cornelis Heynricxz, cabinetmaker, from whom she had commissioned a locked cabinet, for which she had bought the lock. This was to be delivered on the evening of the Leiden Procession. This was sold to someone else without the plaintiff’s approval. The plaintiff demands that the defendant deliver to her the cabinet for which she had paid and on which her lock was attached, or else pay 10 Karolus guldens, plus costs."
