"Jacop Fransz, representing Annetgen Verhey with her guardian, sues Bruyninck Claesz, cabinetmaker, demanding he deliver a new carved banch and the ironwork on a rack, as good as it was when she let him take it out of her house, which by a magistrates’ decision was to be delivered by last 17 February but has not yet been delivered, or else payment of 8 Karolus guldens, plus costs. On 26 November, the court decided the plaintiff could proceed by confiscation of the defendant’s property to the amount of 4 ½ Karolus guldens."
