"Florys Hobbenz, representing the regents of the Saint Anne confraternity in the church in Wassenaar, sues Willem Dircxz van Tetroede, demanding payment of 27 karolus guldens for the annuity due over the years 1534 until 1542, according to the annuity contract dated July 12, 1520, or to guarantee payment, plus current and future costs. Willem Dircxz had contracted this annuity with master Cornelis Pietersz, trumpetter."
