"Lucia Jansdr, lace-maker, with her guardian, sues Jan Dirck Zybincxz, as husband and guardian of his wife, in reference to a dispute she had with Zybincx’s wife about four months earlier. Lucia demands that Lysbet Michielsdr (evidently Zybincx’s wife) fulfill the terms of the decision rendered in that case and return to her all contracts, etc., or at least provide copies, demanding particularly that the principal contract be delivered to the secretary of Leiden or his sworn clerk. If the defendant remained unwilling, the plaintiff demanded payment of 100 gold Karolus guldens, or whatever the court might decide, plus costs."
