"Alydt Havicx lays claim to the sequestered leather belonging to Kerstant Evertsz sonder Danck, demanding they settle accounts of all their business up til now, or demands payment or 200 Karolus guldens, plus costs. On 13 July, the defendant agreed to settle accounts with the plaintiff.
The same plaintiff sues the same defendant, about his sequestered leather for 11 £ which the defendant was supposed to pay to Dammas Claesz from Leiden when the defendnt arrived safely in Riga in Latvia, which he did not do; therefore demanding that the defendant pay her damages and interest, past and present or pay 100 Karolus guldens, plus costs."
