"Jan Pietersz, representing Jacop Pietersz tromper, as sole heir of Master Cornelis Pietersz Tromper, sues Agnies Joestendr with her husband Willem Pietersz Tromper, brother of Cornelis, claiming that the defendants had received 64 gold Koervorster guldens due from a contract about which there was recenty legal dispute, demanding a sworn statement about what they had received from Cornelis or in his name, and payment of the 64 guldens. On 28 March the defendants in court refused the demand."
