"Huych Gerytsz, coppersmith, sues Thonis and Cornelis, servants of Alydt Cornelisdr, wife of Havick Meesz, demanding they give true testimony in response to certain questions he will provide, or each to pay £ 1. On 22 December the court orders the plaintiff to provide the questions before further action. On 8 January the defendants give their testimony.
The same plaintiff sues Henrick Jansz, tailor, to compel true testimony in response to certain questions, or payment of one pound."
