"Claes Jacopsz Almota sues Steven Jansz, trompetter, complaining that Steven Jansz was building with bricks in Claes Jacopsz’s house, and Steven is only a renter until next All Saints’ Day, demanding that he cease his masonry work and deliver the house as it was when his term expires, plus payment of costs or 100 Karolus guldens. On 23 October, Claes Jacopsz and his wife Marie swore under oath that Steven Jansz’s term of rent is to expire on All Saints’ Day."
