"Cornelis Woutersz lays claim to the sequestered property of Jan Zoet the smith, Lambrecht Baerntsz, Geerlof the potter, and Frans Baerntsz, stating that their animals got into Cornelis Woutersz’s pasture and injured one of his cows which had to have medical care. The plaintiff demands payment for damages, etc., or 10 Phillipus guldens. On 20 October, the case against Jan Zoet, Lambrecht, and Frans is postponed, while Geerlof agrees to pay his portion or quarter-part. In response, Quyryn Willemsz, advocate for the plaintiff, released Geerlof from a lawsuit in Zoeterwoude. On 3 November, the remainder was postponed eight days."
