"Pieter van Rossen and Wouter Heynricxz, glassmaker, as guardians of Adriaene Dircxdr, with the regents of the orphan chamber of Leiden as principal guardians, sue Symon Verhouff, carpenter and executor of the estate of Ymmetgen van Rossen, previously married to Dirck Louwerysz, potter, and subsequently wife of Symon Verhouff, demanding payment of £50 to the regents for Adriaene, which Ymmetgen owed Adriaene and her late brother Isack for her father’s lot, and 5 groten for costs.
On July 28, the case is postponed 8 days in order for both parties to come together with experts to reach an agreement."
