"Jacop Fransz, representing Vranck Jansz, cook, sues Jan Jacopsz, coppersmith, for 28 stuvers and 12 penningen as the remainder of a bigger bill for cooking and other work done by the plaintiff for the defendant, also demanding reimbursement of costs, etc.
On 5 October, Vranck Jansz gave a sworn statement asserting he had not been paid, on the basis of which Jan Jacopsz agreed to pay him."
