"Pieter Claesz Buytewech sues Jan the potter and Jan vanden Burch, as heirs of Jan Gerytsz, demanding a copy from contracts by which they sold a house in the Nobelstraat to Daen Dircxz, or payment of £ 20. On 19 August, the court decided that Jan van Tilburch should deliver the copy within the next eight days. The case against Jan the potter was won because he did not appear. The decision against Jan, potter, was, however, cancelled later (according to a marginal note)."
