"Jacop Jorysz, pewtersmith, sues Daniel van Arkel the tailor to require him to remove his encroachment on Jacop’s property and to unstop the gutter he blocked. The plaintiff requests that magistrates come inspect the situation at the cost of the litigants.
On 21 November, the court decided Daniel should unstop the gutter. The court also required Daniel to remove his encroachment pending a sworn statement by Jacop about the situation as it had been before, which statment Jacop gave on 24 November, resulting in the court order to Daniel, dated 15 December, to get it done before next Saturday."
