"Marie Heynricxdr, representing her husband Jan Zevertsz, laid claim on the property belonging to Claes Fransz for 14 Rijns gulden house rent. The court decided that if Marie is willing to swear an oath that she is owed that amount of rent, then Claes will be obliged to pay her. Marie took the oath that she was lacking 13 Rijns guldens and 12 stuvers. Claes Fransz accepted her statement under oath. On 2 September 1527, the court found in favor of the palintiff."
