"Balthazar, representing the Saint Agatha convent outside Leiden, sues Phillips van Zeyst to devide all the property left by Dorothea Cornelisdr, his wife, according to the inventory which Phillips had submitted and by consent of the magistrates, or pay 200 rijnsgulden.
On March 7, Phillips agrees to divide the property by consent of the magistrates, properly or judicially."
