"Balthazar, representing Pieter Jansz, book printer, sues Rev. Foeye van Zyl for delivery of a copy of a contract concerning a certain print shop, together with what is written on the verso of that contract, of pay 6 £. The court decided that Rev. Foeye should bring the primary contract with a copy tot he court between this date and the next court session, when the magistrates would determine what the just decision would be."
