"The guardians of Aernt Pietersz, goldsmith, together with the mayors as upper guardians, because Aernt is in city guardianship, sue Claes Hofflant to keep to the reconciliation imposed between him and Aernt Pietersz, or pay 2 rijnsgulden, plus legal costs.
The bailiff has declared that Claes Hoflant had left town which is his good right, when the bailiff attempted to sequester. Claes Willemsz won the case on the court session of October 7, 1521."
